When you run it, your iPhone or iPad becomes an IP Camera using the RTSP protocol. You can wirelessly watch videos from the IP4K on your local WiFi network using Google Chrome on any device. Simply type the IP Cam's address (located in the top left corner) in the address bar of Chrome, for example, rtsp://192.168.0.101.
Alternatively, you can download VLC Player (We recommend using VLC Player because it offers low latency and many features) on any computer or mobile device connected to your local network. To watch the IP Cam stream, open VLC Player, go to "Open Network..." and enter the IP address of your iPhone (displayed in the IP4K app, upper left corner), for example, rtsp://192.168.0.101. Press "open" to start watching.
You can also use Apple TV to watch the IP Cam stream.
WARNING! This app can quickly drain your battery. To avoid this, use a power adapter or reduce the resolution and FPS (SD with 20 frames per second is recommended for longer battery life on a single charge).
With VLC Player, you can also record streams from multiple IP Cams simultaneously.
